Monitoring - Post failover, all issues are resolved. No errors observed in the system. Traffic is flowing normally. We are now catching up to the transactions not processed during the degradation period. We are in monitoring mode. We expect system to catchup on all transactions waiting due to this event in the next hour.

Identified - We failed over the AWS API Gateway and the traffic is starting to restore.

Update - Continuing to work with AWS Support. They are still investigating the root cause. It is impacting a set of subnets within us-west-2 region, one of which is used by Pipe17. We are actively working with AWS to resolve this. We will provide an update in another 30 minutes.

Investigating - Service disruption observed due to increased number of API requests are not reaching the AWS API gateway. Root cause is under investigation. As a result of this issue, there may be processing delays for the app, connectors as well as plugin services such as automation engine.
